With Change W/ Chad you are investing in an accountability partner. We will set up check-ins and progress points for us to track, manage, and keep you on your toes toward those higher heights of Change.
Life coaching
Here is where we establish a healthy & vulnerable relationship around hurdles and habits that will enhance the overall Change w/ Chad journey. This can be about habit building, release of stress, and an opportunity to vent. The mental health component of CHANGE needs to be a priority in any journey to a better self.
